Use BSNL/MTNL,TATATELE,AIRTEL BROADBAND.These are no1,2 and 3 respectively according to my opinion.

I am with bsnl and very much pleased with its performance. So far 100% uptime and don't have to call their helpdesk at all. First and last call was about. setup in the beginning. Since then I have not seen any of their faces . Biiling very reasonable and speed good or very good.
For once I say bsnl gives good bang for your money
