Account locked and I forgot my secret answer in Sharekhan

Hello,

While testing out the new Sharekhan Advance/2.1, the terminal locked and while trying to unlock the terminal (with the correct passwords on multiple attempts) I seem to have locked my account with sharekhan.

When I log into the website, it says that my account is locked. I entered my Log in ID but the next screen said that my email and mobile number hasn't been verified (I get emails and SMS from them without issue) and there was a hint question and answer on the next screen which was when I realised that I have forgotten my hint answer.

I sent an email to sharekhan according to their password policy: https://strade.sharekhan.com/rmmweb/profile/pwdpolicy.jsp with a request to unlock the account so that I can use my existing password.

No reply to the email yet (except for a system generated receipt of query) with today being a holiday and I cannot get through to the call center, what options do I have?

Will the call center be able to unlock my account so that I can use my old passwords?
Will the email actually work and unlock my account for use with old passwords?

I have some active gold guinea trades.

Thank you for the information @Prate40. I can try contacting my Relationship Manager tomorrow.

The local commodities desk may be open at 5 today. I may try to contact them too but I'm not sure that they have the power to reset my password.

My RM was able to unlock the account with a new password. I verified my mobile and e-mail so I don't run into the same issue.
