Which online broker provides maximum margin money for the best set of stocks?

Came to know that 5paisa offers 1X margin money.... What about indiabulls, icicidirect, sharekhan, kotaksecurities and others?

Gurus, please help and guide a new starter...

Indiabulls provides usually 12-20 times margin.
