Can any one who is having account with BNRathi comment about their performance regarding trading platform, its downtime, brokerage and other charges and their customer service response etc

I dunno know about BN rathi but i'm using suresh rathi .It sucks :cool:
Why so much rathis are jumping into broking bussiness.Anand rathi,suresh rathi & now bn rathi :cool:
