Hi people i m new to this forum and i joined it only to advice you people not to join Religare and specially RACE-PRO...its got a lot of bugs and incorrect n missing data problems....And watch the images i m attaching and then again give your comment on RACE-Pro...the problems i m facing with RACE-Pro are :-
1). Plenty of bugs...infact this software is constituted of bugs itself.....Jst try to open the BUY open form from the shortcut bar ( Green one, jst below menu bar) you will end with POWERGRID BUY Order form...no matter which scrip u click on.
2). If you are considering RACE-Pro for the EOD technical analysis...then its useless because the EOD data gets updated after mid-night (12 O' Clock)...and even after that its not gauranted to be updated. Just see the S&P Nifty EOD chart...it is updated only at weekends and always remain behind till sunday....
3). And for Intraday charting its fatal...because till 10:30 morning you won't be able to see any-thing ( in 1 min. CandleStick )....till 10:30 the Y-Axis (Price Axis) is zoomed out ( the price it shows in chart is 0 to 5700)...so even a candlestick of 100 points up, will simply appear a point in the chart. So, till 10:30 u will have to use tick chart...no technical till 10:30.......And after 10:30 the fatal game starts ..the RACE-Pro will now eat up many candlesticks which may seem to be a gap to u...( Sunil- I warn u to refer data window where ever u see a gap in candlestick chart ).
4). It disconnects very rarely....but the quotes stick most of the times....and once u r disconnected then it can take several painstaking minutes to reconnect ( every time u try to connect it says - " The connection to feed sever failed : connection refused by the server " ).
5). Many features are jst showpiece in RACE-Pro...for example Indian Markets, Market Status etc. Infact if u test the list of shortcuts then only a few will work...others are just serve as Decoration.
6). The application doesn't save any thing on your system...every thing gets saved on their server..including ur charts, market watches, window settings etc.
7). The Broadcast Messages window will show only the current messages...and if by the time u r offline..then the call won't be visible to u because they are not saved on their server.....For better understanding- If you login at 11:30 am, then you won't be able to see the calls, that came before ur login ).
8) ..........
There are many more problems which i will be discussing with u people at this forum...... for existing RACE-Pro clients - ** Beware of RACE-Pro data...negotiation of this warning may result in harmful results **
And plz try it urself before commenting on my post...i have got proof for all the problems i have mentioned here and the ones i will be mentioning.....
