Iphone NSENOW

Hi Zerodha,

The Iphone version of NSENOW is not working after the latest upgrade of software. When would we get the Iphone update ? It is really frustrating that all the versions are not released on time

I dont think there is any charges for instant fund transfer for Axis and HDFC bank as of now.

Zerodha, could you let us know in detail if there is any changes or why applying any charges on instant fund transfer in future ?

I dont think any broker dumps such ridiculous charges on clients.
There are 2 entities who provide payment gateway facilities in India, Atom and Tech Process.. All brokers are registered with either of these... They have a charge for every fund transfer and we basically charge whatever costs us... Because our volumes have gone up, from April 1st, we will be getting a new rate of Rs9 per transfer for all the banks...

With our business model, we have to cover these costs at actuals...

Zerodha is online discount brokerage house.... and they don't have any Office/Marketing Partners/Franchisee other than there Headoffice.

All things are online.... they are having fantastic team for supporting customers... I have never seen with other brokers who have branches everywhere.... When I sent any query to them it gets answered within half hour in working days.

I am having account with a leading broker(so called) who have branch in my place.... they have a lot of staff.... but what use... no communication at all even I phone them many times.... they didn't bother to recall me for necessary things.

After I shifted to Zerodha... my experience was wonderfull.... they really care for customer...I have many times mailed them about some of my problem/queries... and I got the resolution in no time either by mail or phone.
True that. I was also initially apprehensive about a Brokerage Firm having no Branch office in my city of residence. Logic being that I could atleast visit the city office of my brokerage firm in case of any problem not being solved on phone. But I have observed that my issues are solved more quickly in case of Zerodha than in my previous Brokerage Firm, a leading Private Financial Firm of India.

@Zerodha A Suggestion- You could offer a link to video chat through webcam or something for the customers who prefer talking face to face to some one, and are not in Bangalore.
