I understand, but we were 3 guys here waiting for the forms and since ZERODHA mailed me two times that they have sent the forms so I waited
Secondly, the cost here is 10 Rs per page printout so I waited but it seems that after all we have to print the forms as a last resort. This is first time I am finding Zerodha customer care to be non responsive:mad:
You don't need a color printout. Print one copy (black) and get 2 photocopies :).
 
problem is with understanding of NOW application rather than any fault from Zerodha.

I have not developed NOW. When the play is with money, you have the responsibility to provide the functionality of the application you use. Also what about your technical ppl who does not know anything ? Why are they give rubbish answers to escape the situation , which leads to other problems ? Is there anybody responsible for their acts ?

I want to know that as a client / Trader, what security we have for our margin money & securities held in demat with Zerodha (or any broker ) ?? as their office is only in Bangalore & singapore no where else ??

whenever something very attractive comes in front of me, I always feel insecure about that e.g. any returns in fixed instruments or quick double money scheme, now this brokerage Rs 20 on trade basis, 100 Lot nifty trade, Brokerage Rs 20 only etc.

just feel insecure before opening account, Members Please comments ....
As we keep saying,

You should not ask us why we charge so less, you should ask them why they charge so much more for online broking... ;)....

That said, you also need to understand that there has never been a NSE member who has run away with client's money... It is not possible to do so...

Unfortunately we have no control on how the courier guys work... They call themselves professional couriers, but their service pretty poor...

Can you send an email immediately with sachin in the subject to [email protected], let me call the courier guys with the POD number and update you...

Sorry about the confusion... If you choose in admin positions to view daywise positions, it will show only intraday and if you choose netwise it will show the entire positions...

It is always advisable to square off position by taking an opposite position rather than clicking on the square off button on f11 window, because it could cause this confusion..

It will also help, if you can let me know the executive's name who gave you an answer otherwise. Please send this info to [email protected]...
 
Charting is still not enabled on NEST, should be done tomm... LTP not updating?? can you call us, we can take your system on remote and check it out...

Sorry for delayed reply.

I have tried to do it myself before finally I could contact you on the issue and fortunately I sorted out the problem that was from my end.

Everything is working fine by now. Let me check more features upon this. I will surely inform you if I find any glitch there.

Anyone able to Log-in into Zerodha Trader for commodities ? I am not able to log in with the ID and password they sent....:confused:
