team zerodha:

Being the innovative guys you are, i hope my following request is not termed "over ambitious"...so here goes..

I wish you'd consider a charting platform [which you guys are working on] to also be compatible with linux versions....

Saying this coz, there are many who use linux as os. Only due to software compatibility issues are we reliant on bindows.

Till then, is gonna be bindows in a virtualbox on linux !!:thumb:
+1...........

hi sachin instead of putting in cash 30 % cash margin ,can we some how manage with 30 % money in liquid bees for selling futures against stocks

What i mean to say is that can we provide 70 % margin from stocks for selling futures and reast 30 % instead of cash we can get against liquid bees

because its a long time i am trying to open an account and i dont know how much more time it will take for you guys to fix up the margin issue like normal brokers or is there any other way out

i hope you will find some way to fix this long pending issue of mine Thanks

Today, I was just exploring the Spread order form. Until now I have never traded Spreads.
Now Desktop> Order & Trade > Spread Order Entry.

Filled in the required field and submitted.

I was shocked to learn that my order was passed to NSE immediately without confirmation and without asking for the Transaction password. Although price punched was little out of sinc and order type was IOC It did not get filled, and I was saved. (nse order no: ******3765)

Please note, until now I had not punched the transaction password, this was the first order of the day. To confirm I placed a fresh regular order from the main window, Here it was asking for the transaction password to proceed.

There are certainly some bugs in the NOW Zerodha team needs to look into.
