hi tj members,
i introduced so many clients to zerodha for new a/c opening under " zerodha referral program" but i don't get any response from that income program, i asked so many times zerodha by phone and mail, they told every time " software problem and software not updated to calculate trading counts or told anyone reason for diverting our thoughts..
if anyone have received under the "referral program benefit?"
so don't believe zerodha referral program , they are used to our effort as a free advertisement...
Yes ...they only used it to advertise purpose ....when I asked about this their replay is give their full kundli details whom we refered to them...then what the purpose when referal id/name allready mentioned in account opening form /on cover when they(clients) sent to zerodha....now they not know who refered them(refered by me) :D:confused:

Hi Amit! We have been having a couple of issues with Airtel landlines where even though lines are free, customers are not able to get through to us. We realize this is a huge problem and hence are coming up with more numbers for our customers to reach us for support or for placing orders.

We realize there is no point is giving you updated dates on when the automated payout module for referrals will be ready, so we have started doing the payouts manually. If you haven't received your payout yet, just write to us and we'll release your payout.

The reason we ask for you to give us a list of the people you have referred is to compare with our list and release the accurate payout.

Zerodha is committed to creating a better broking experience. These are initial issues and you will see a more structured approach to the referral program very soon.
 
every time we asked about referral progrm , zerodha told the above type answer or divert our question, then how to manage client details in his( zerodha) data base,..
they r confusing...
i am very clear they get our effort to a free charge add and generate own income..

Dude, you have 16 posts here! I'm sure your comments are very reliable and people will take your word (note sarcasm)! Let us not spoil the taste of this thread. If you want your payout, ask them - Zerodha. If you would like, also mention how many people you've referred to Zerodha in this thread. Let the people know how 'good' you are with your work and how 'bad' Zerodha is in resolving people's issues. Truth will prevail, no?

The forum is for people to interact and learn - Not to b%&*# and complain. Grow up and handle your issues maturely. Contact Zerodha and get your payout. I am an associate myself and I've gotten every cent they owe me.

Just want to update the readers.
I first read Bharath's thread on Zerodha. I am the one, who given first detail review of Zerodha, just right on page1 of thread. I never thought that this thread will become so big. I opened my account with them long time back.
Initially I was also worried about new platform and new broker. I gone thru teething problems with their back office too. I traded with many leading brokers.
My experience with Zerodha is really great. The support guys are really cool and fast. I had one mail interaction with Nitin (CEO),he was also helpful.
I think Zerodha is definitely be changing the trading experience.
Few things they need to improve are
1. Back office support for Chrome or FF.
2. Bugs in NOW platform. (I know NSE is more responsible)
3. Live data for charting tool (Fcharts, Metastock) - I know they are working on it.
4. Bank gateway for ICICI, SBI.
5. TTS - trouble ticket system, something based on sugar crm will also do. It will help to keep track easily.
After trading with them for good long time. I can tell you, Zerodha is best option provided you don't expect free trading tips.
