Reliancemoney Instaplus - 2 new fields, Retention & Product Code
Hi, I am a newbie investor and unfamiliar with trading platforms, so please bear with my silly questions. Recently my reliance money account was migrated to the instaplus platform and now there are 2 new feilds available (Please see the attachment) 1. Product Code: MIS, CNC, NRML 2. Retention: Day, IOC Can somebody please help me understand what these 2 new feilds mean and in which scenarios should the different options be used? Thanks

Hi Guys!
I am unable to short shares using RM platform I get rejected orders while I place sell order While shorting I use Product code: MIS Retention:day and then click sell Is that correct? Anyone know why it gets rejected? OR In sum, what to choose for short (sell) orders on new reliance platform? Dizy @ The Product code you should select CNC (Cash and carry) if you want to take delivery of shares. If you want to do intraday/margin trade then you select MIS under Product code. That's what I know so far"D rgds! Reks
