Why is Diet Odin so slow? (video inside)

Hello guys,
In Angels Odin, there is hardly any activity in Market Watch and Quotes window, it is very slow. On the other hand i see Nest Trader which is so very active in Quotes, Prices, MarketWatch. Angel is severely lacking is what i have concluded. I am not knitpicking here, Odin is an insult to day traders. I even made a video at around 10:45 today. I wish i had made it at 9:40 today comparing Wockpharma quotes window of Nest and Odin, it would have been even more convincing.

Dear Chetan,

It seems there may be some local connection (bandwidth) problem at your end. I have been using their terminal since long, and I have never faced this kind of an issue, in fact, few months back they had made their broadcast faster and have asked me to move to higher bandwidth, which I did... when I compare my streams with a professional terminal installed in their branches I see my qoutes are equally fast.

I think your issue is local, and you should contact your internet provider, or ask Angel technical team to help you out. I hope this helps to resolve your issue, anyways this is my view and my experience...

I use PIB but from last week,it has become slower,never experienced this before. Sometimes this happens when the market is moving suddenly. Or maybe time to upgrade the RAM. :)

I am sure its not the Ram. I still have 150mb ram free, i have a total ram of 454mb. Resourse hungry software Nest works fine, why not Odin. I see so many satisfied Angel users here, what do they say? Am i the only one? maybe they don't do intraday trading?
Strangely there is no delay in index view of Nest and Odin.

And one more thing, i am having this problem since day 1, this is not something which started suddenly today. Atleast somebody prove me wrong by capturing a 5min video and showing it here. I will be very happy, it will also mean there exists a solution to my problem.

I heard that Odin needs to be upgraded regularly with patches and other files,maybe thats what needs to be done. See if any recent patches are there on the Angel site and enquire whether it needs to be used.

Yes, some Master files need to be downloaded on a daily basis, its all done by their AngelPDA software. After the updates are installed, Odin starts automatically. Otherwise previous days chart data is not displayed. If i don't install Master file, AngelPDA shows support files missing.
If any patches need to be downloaded, i get an sms. Their AngelPDA software also checks for these kind of things. If anything needs to be done it informs.

I call them today. They tookover my comp using remote access. First she disconnected and reconnected the broadcast window, nothing changed.(i had already done this) and then ran a run command telnet diet.angelbolt.com 80 and saw the market watch and quotes window and surprisingly said everything is fine. The bid/ask quotes displayed for wockpharma or hindalco or any stock on her comp is same as mine. no delay she says!
Next i had to open Nest Trader and show her the difference, after she saw the slowness in Odin she was speechless. She could not find me a solution. There was frequent disconnection in Teamviewer as well.
So is this the best Odin can do? Any Angel intraday traders here? what is their opinion?

Odin is always having delayed quote proble. Angel or RKG all odin are same. I also have checked the same with PIB. The quotes in odin are always delayed.
Currently not using Angel so cant say more.

Earlier I used to have this problem but later on after upgrading my RAM to 2 GB, Odin is working very effectively. May be RAM is the solution. In any case investing in RAM will improve overall functioning of your system.
