First You Will Need To Open Another Trading Cum Demat Account With Another Broker.... This Is Required Incase You Have Shares In Your Old Demat Account & You Might Want It Transferred To New Demat.

Below Find Some Alternative Scenarios....

Incase You Do Not Have Any Shares In Your Demat Account

Then Simply Fillout The Demat Cum Trading Closure Form & Submit It To Your Broker, There Is An Acknowledgment At The Bottom, See That You Take The Receipt Of Submission, Duly Signed With Brokers Stamp, Date & Time.

Incase You Have Some Shares In Your Demat Account (Solution-I)

Sell The Shares At Your Old Trading Account Ask For The Payout & Once You Have Received Your Cheque. Follow The Step Outlined Above.

Incase You Have Some Shares In Your Demat Account (Solution-II)

After Opening Your New Demat Account You Can Get The Shares Transferred To Your New Demat Account.... There Will Be Some Charges Applicable For This At Your Old Broker's Demat Account.
