RK Global again down

This week my RK Global has been down daily, sometime 2 times a day for at-least 5-20min. Anyone else experiencing this? someone try teach them to run their servers!!

Yes, experiencing problems daily for last 7 days.
Facing ODIN problem but able to log in to their website.
They should maintain their servers atleast. I don't need any other service/help from them.

i thought trading through website required different account, are ODIN clients allowed to trade through website too???

Ofcourse, u r allowed to trade on website.
All brokers give u a user ID with which u can Log In to their website and software both.

I was also having problem with RKGLobal today.Web version was very slow.
I think there should be some competetor for RK, due to which they would try to improve their web based s/w and downtime would get reduced.

I had bought nifty future and was immdtly going to put SL.But RK went down.There Dial and Trade also was not able to help.

Had earned good amt in last 4-5 days . Today trying to trade with RK Global hit me hard.They said on phone...plz try after 10 mins.

I don't know why they don't improve, it's not for lack of fund i am sure, they were offering Rs.30k for every six hit Dhoni in this IPL to some save tiger initiative, also many active traders (at least in Traderji) using it.
The worst service they gave was when they didn't mail me my DCN, i called their office and they asked me to leave mail, i mailed then 3 times next 3 days and no response, since i keep records i could check the funds and all was ok, still i keep DCN for records (i now know almost all people who work there, had to talk to technician too, since 2years talking to same ppl, small staff in jaipur, no chance they will be able to handle call & trade when ODIN down)

Another thing- Don't transfer money in their account at night, i one transferred at 2am and didn't get it in my account till 12,called them, they said who transfers money at that time, again i kept the transaction ID with me and got funds in eventually.

today i got one error that ODIN user License limit has reached for derivatives segment, contact administrator (they take money for ODIN monthly from every account holder, don't know how this error is possible)

Thanks kaushikbaneerji, i had tried to log into their website earlier (2yrs back). but at that time got various error, never tried till today. works fine now
have some back-up now when their ODIN goes down next time
