Can a sub broker trade for himself?

i have two querries regarding sub brokership.

Suppose i have sub brokership with a broker and i open trading account for myself and also for my employees, under the same broker. Then..

Can a sub broker trade for himself under his own sub brokership?


Can the employees of sub broker trade for themselves under the same sub broker?

It will help me get lower brokerage if i get a sub brokership and trade for myself. So asking whether its legal and allowed or not

1) Yes a sub-broker can trade for himself & his emp can also trade.

2) its in ur hand how much bkg u charge as u wil get less share if u charge less but there will be a minimum slab which u can go beyond, disscussed wit ur main broker.

sub brokers doesn't have their own research team (in 99.99% cases) they simply source calls from brokers and forward to clients
