brokerage issue

Hi everybody,
i opened account in indiabulls.THEN relationship manager told, brokerage charges for you as for intraday 0.01 & delivery 0.2 when i open the account.but still now they give brokerage for intraday 0.05 & delivery 0.5. I mailed to customer care & spoke with rm & branch manager.but no response..they ask large margin to reduce brokerage charge,what should i do? Earlier i was trading in angel broking.please help me?

Make a complaint and continue trading with angel until IB reverse your brokerage. Use PIB for charting...

hi DHIVAGAR which branch and city and RM u talked to? also in ib there is the option to transfer your account to another rm.just ensure u negotiate with another rm who sticks to his word and enquire with some customers of his.

If you have the agent number through which you opened the account, try to contact him. He may speak to the ib management team about your account opening brokerage fee structure. If not try to call customer care and raise a complaint and get the reference number from them for the complaint made, which will be useful in future for reference.

Hi everyone,
branch- chennai.i already spoke with them(rm & bm).they told to take prepaid system otherwise they ask give large amount of margin to invest.

Which branch in Chennai ? I was going to open an account there.U can personal message me the RM and branch name...Just want to ensure same thing does not happen.

You can get that brokerage in all the branches, I believe. Better look for a branch which is near by your place. I talked with IB guy once while picking broker for account opening. I guess you would have read my post. They were offering the same, I guess. Since RKG brokerage was better, I opened with them.

i am basic trader.now brokerage is(0.05&0.50) indiabulls.i want to change my trading account.which is cheapest brokerage without any prepaid system.pls help me.chennai.
