Question on broker and brokarage

Hi,
Currently I am in the process of opening an account with angle brooking.They are offering 2.5 paise/intraday and 35 paise/cash if I start an account with 25k.

Now my problem is my trading capital is around 10k. Can any one please confirm that if I open an account with 25k,is it possible to get the rest of 15k transfered to my savings account after opening?
If yes then how long does it take?
Also any feedback/suggestion on broker or brokerage will be highly appreciated.

rk global is the best, i am using it for the past one year, and i don't have any problems with them, odin platform is the best. nobody can give a brokerage like rkglobal. chepeast in india.
