Many brokers are doing this. I don't see anything special here.

Yeah, they do have many plans. But it depends up on traders. Its not attractive for me. But opinion differs

Every brokers does. Religare is not the only one who does giving exposure against margin amount/shares in DP

I never :rofl: enjoyed :rofl: this in my experience with religare. Do you know one thing? I can't even able to change... no add my new door no. in contact address. I am trying to do it for last 4 months. But still I can't even do it. I called, sent email, personally visited near by office. Nothing helped in changing it.

I too had bitter experience. They do not know even the difference between debit and credit. For, once I remitted 25K online for trading a/c. Due to technical problem amt. was not credited. I made several visits to local office, calls, e-mails all in vain. Atlast, they credited it but only to be reversed it next day citing wrong credit as reason. E-mails to them never reach, only bounces. S/W (Race-pro) was so poor that every transaction used to be shown differently on 'net position' window. For example, if I place order for buy say 100 shares, it shows only 50 transacted. Fate of the 50 has never been known. You place order at 09.30. It remains "under process till 1530". Altogether, I had listed 42 defects in the s/w and finally closed the account without even using the advance paid brokerage of Rs.15500/-. Thanks for giving an opportunity to remember my past experience with Religare. However, local office at Mumbai, Malad, was very co-operative and it was with their efforts that I got my 25K credited to my trading a/c.
