Regarding transfer of securities and Mutual Funds

Hi,
I've ICICI demat account from past 3 years. Now I want to switch to Kotak securities.
The Kotak agent said stocks from ICICI Direct to Kotak will be transfered easily. But he was not sure about the mutual funds.
I currently have 3 active SIPs and 3 other MF holdings..

Can anyone please tell me if MFs and SIPs can be transfered from one Demat account(Trading account) to other.

The mutual funds in ICICIdirect is held in the Trading account and not in demat.

You can ask icicidirect to delink and convert the mf and make it into physical forms then you can ask kotak to transfer in the mf.

There must be a option in Kotak to directly trasfer also, since in ICICI I see an option to transfer-in mutual funds
