I planning to sell mutual funds through my portal. Should i be a DEMAT account provide to do this or will just my ARN code is enough?????

how can i get a link of Bank net banking gate way........should i pay the bank to get the license??????

^ No need to have demat account to sell MF. I guess, you are mutual fund advisor and got your license. You want to attract investors by posting an advt in your web. And charge some amount from the investors for the service. Its a nice idea...
If this is the case, for your information....
Without paying anything investors can buy/sell/redeem MF through some online stock brokers. They can do this online from their home itself. I wonder why would they look for this kind of service.
And about bank.... No need to get license, I guess. I don't know much about this, but still this is gonna be my thought about it. You need to have account with the bank with some hell of amount. There would many things. If you are more serious in this, better get to bank and ask about this. You would get clear picture. I don't think any of us give better than bank in this regard.
