Account with poa & without poa

I want to open an A/C with one broker. Schedule of charges says -- A/C with POA,-- AMC is NIL. But A/C without POA ---AMC is RS 500. Please advise which one is better? If we give POA to the broker, will they sell my shares without my permission??---URGENT please.

dude if you can have account without giving poa for just 500 rs annualy.........thin i think this is a great deal..........you will have no head ache of unathorised trading for just rs 55 per month...................

But without giving POA, everytime I will have to fill up "DELIVERY INSTRUCTION SLIP" PHYSICALLY. Which is not possible if I am shifted to other cities.
