Hi, I am new to trading. just wanted to know what is the margin amount in delivery..lets say i have 50 k in my trading account...how much amount in stocks i can take in delivery...i already taken shares worth 55k( ie more than my money) in delivery..(account in indiainfoline)....
my other question is can we sell the shares next day ? i mean shares given on T+2 day..so what abt selling them next day....actually i bought some shares intended for intraday...but due to price fall , had to hold them for delivery...tomorrow if prices rise can i sell them....if yes how?..or have to wait for T+2 day...
moreover TTadvance is not very good..

thanks...

you can sell them tomorrow. You can actually sell them day after too...if you want and can speak to the broker and sell them a week after, but after T+2, I think they will charge you some interest and as its on 5k they might not bug you to pay up. So I suggest you settle in t+2 or pay money and get a settlement, its always dangerous to have stocks on delivery using margin money.
