problem opening accounts with interactive brokers ?

Hi All

I've been trying to open an account with Interactive Brokers for the past 3-4 months and they always keep asking me to refill the forms.
There is always something missing since every time i send them the forms by post they have a new requirement.

Is anyone else facing similar issue or were you able to open the account easily?

Whats up with their attitude ?

simple. they dont need your account. IB wants big fishes... not small investors like us

i use smc global securities and bonanza portfolio they provide very good service and no any type of problem in a/c opening and very low brok.

and i use reliance money...they also provide very good service and i face no issues in trading..... if u r trading online, u may sometimes face internet issues but these are across all online brokers i guess.....

We appreciate the feedback provided. What time/date was the call placed? Has this happened on multiple occasions? We are working on improving our India customer service so your input is valued.
