What is procesing fee

Iam Balasubramaniam from chennai
yesterday i buy and sell 6 shares of relinfra in contract note it is

STT JOBBING * 6 1018.23 6109.38 1.53
TOTAL STT * 1.53
* STT ROUND OFF * 0.47
[~PROCESSING FEE~] 21.33
[ STT ON SQR ] 2.00
[Service Tax] 0.38
DR. TOTAL 6147.85
CR. TOTAL

i want to know whether all the brokers are charging for processing fee or it is the hidden charge of my broker ( as stt ,service tax are common )
