Mutual Fund and Account Fees With Share Khan

Hi All,

I am going to open a Demat and Trading account with Share Khan.
I have some question regarding Share Khan.

1. I just want to know about charges regarding Mutual Funds. As now there is no entry load, how much Share Khan charge for Mutual Fund? My agent told me, there is no entry load for Mutual Fund. Is it True?

2. Have any body faced any cash transaction issue with HDFC Savings A\C to Share Khan or vice versa? If you faced, how it used to be handled by Share Khan?

3. Is there any documentation for Share Khan fees in there Web Site or I have to belief on Agents only for Fees like Annual Fees, Brokerage etc?

yes there is no charges for investments in mutual funds in sharekhan.

however, please note

a) the customer service sucks, if you call them, they put you on hold for 15 minutes at least
b) they have no escalation mechanism for customer queries
c) they do not bother to reply to emails many a times
d) during night time, half of the features of sharekhan website wont work due to end of day operation running
e) ipo investment closed at 12:00 during last day of offer

otherwise it is a good trading platform
