Broker Advise Please!

#1
Hello Everyone,

After fiddling with the markets for over an year, I am now ready to take the plunge (Using share khan now, rates: Intra: 0.05%, Del: .25%, options 2.5% or 100Rs/Lot) and invest a significant amount of money.

I am planning to jump in with Rs 10 Lacs (60% Equity + 40% Derivatives). I have calculated a turnover of around Rs. 40 Lacs/ month for me.

Now the question is; which broker should I use? Sharekhan at these rate is pretty expensive especially in the derivatives segment.

I would appreciate your advise and suggestions.

Go for Angel Broking... they can offer you about 0.03% or 0.02% for f&n and for intraday 0.3%.

Happy Trading...

I guess its a typo, intraday should be .03%.
Btw, is there anyone offering .02% (or lesser;) ) for intraday. Preferentially web based, as I often need to trade from travel/office.

Dear friends,

Can you please inform me about "Bonanza" for both day trading and positional trading in terms of brokerage, reliability and safety?

I'm using Ventura securities
they charge less..
They have good trading software, which i got reviews from my friends.
Worst thing about them is stock tips .
If they say Profit.. Its 80% of the quotes are loss.

Going with 5paise or Ventura is cheap and RK global giving unlimited trading. Angel don't seem to reduce their brokerages even if we are ready to invest 15lakhs at a time! Imagine with a turnover of around 40lakhs like you do then .05 reduced brokerage will be considerable savings. If you happen to deal with Delivery shares then imagine the differeance between .25 and .15!

Any body with Vertex Securities?
They are charging 0.0015% for intra day (Buy and sell both) and 0.015% for delivery in cash segment. In easy words, 15 paise for buy and sell in Intra-day and 1.5 rupee for buy and sell in delivery cases.
