Hundreds of users here hav account with RK global but none wants to answer n make me clear about with these DP charges!
Some of us have an F&O only account with RKG. But these charge categories are typical of most DPs.

Perhaps what you are asking is too broad; maybe specific questions are better to begin with ... and then take it from there.

This is what I have understood from them:

First year no DP maintenance charge. From second year onwards there is some charge (Rs. 250 I think.). They have taken an advance of Rs. 200 from you which will be adjusted against the second year's DP charges.

So for two years from account opening date they will take only Rs. 50 additional for maintaining the demat account. But the Rs. 200 taken in advance is not refundable even if you close your account before 1 year.

Hope this clarifies :) By the way this they would have told you if you had asked them.

I think Rs.15 per ISIN means , you will be charged Rs.15 per security(not dependent on number of shares) that you sell from your Demat account.
If you want to to transfer your physical shares to demat form , u have to pay dematerialisation charges.

Rs. 15 per security? if i hav 100 shares of one company they will charge Rs. 15?
or 1500! ?
dematerialisation charges are Rs.30 plus Rs.3 per certificate , max of 250 ?

i didnt understand this.

Why don't you send them an email? They get paid to do this.
They can explain their product offering better than anyone else.

i agree with u but whn they dnt even hav time to talk on phone and explain things , i cant expect they will even open their email !

they hv poor customer service and everyone knws this.

one thing more - i wrote them 1 email and got a reply after 3 weeks and then i again wrote them for details but i never got reply to that.
