My relationship manager from India Infoline is getting fired from the firm. He called me and said that he is opening a new franchise for the same firm and he wanted me to continue giving trades to him. He said that he will come and take my sign for some mapping form and will get the things to get settled, and it will take some 7-8 days before i am "transferred" to his account. He promised that the brokerage structure will remain same.
I have two questions:
1. How long does it take for a franchise to get "activated" as in my trades gets executed there?
2. How do i confirm that his franchise is activated?
