Account Opening Issues in R K Global

Hello everyone,
I would like to share my problems with you regarding account opening in RKG,
i signed n submitted all documents on 3rd Aug..at the time they told it would take 7 working days..now its 14th aug n since last four days im calling them more times than even my girlfriend....i don't know what is really going on every time i call them they say "Sir aap ko kal 'Welcome kit' email mil jaayega aur aap kalse trading chalu kar sakate hai"


now its too much i decided to ask you guys..
pelase tell me what is going on in there?

if anyone in this forums works for RKG technical/server department

i hear that RKG service is good than REMONEY...n u know it felt too at the time of submitting documents but now im not sure!!

please share your views n please advice me that shall i wait or should go to another broker or something im confused!!

It took 2 weeks in my case (based outside kolkata). But they said so before I applied. I think they take quite a bit of time for clients outside kolkata.

but in my case they are not even letting me know that wat is making delay?
thats really bothering me!

I hv heard that RK global has bad customer service and tht is what i see in your case aswell. also many times their system shuts down and creates a trouble for its clients while trading.

I dont hav accnt with RK global nor do i am linked with any other brokerage firm with a motive to prove the inferiority of one and superiority of other.

I am telling what i hav red in this site about RK global.

I am account with HDFC and its very expensive.

Rk Global has some issues like downtimes during crucial days before options expiry and such and they don't have a proper customer support like Sharekhan etc. have but no one can beat Rs. 9 per lot brokerage that they offer. For an active day trader savings on brokerage do add up to a significant amount every month.

It said number is invalid.

please help me opening the Rkglobal demat account

Please clarify me on following:

Account opening fees
annual/monthly charges
brokerages intraday & delivery for equities as well as derivatives
webportal charges
and all other charges if any.
