Shares Transfer from Motilal Oswal to ICICI Direct?

Hi Friends,

I am a victim of Motilal Oswal and paying 7.5% (for each buy or sell) as brokerage for one penny stock. :mad:

I am thinking to transfer those penny stock to my ICICI direct account and then sell from that account.

Please help me to know the procedure and charges if anyone knows.
