Interactivebrokers commision cheaper than Local Indian brokers

I am a Chinese trader considering trading Indian products, I found www.interactivebrokers.com ( the biggest US broker for independant traders, offering trading access to over 100 exchanges around the world ) offers the cheapest commision for Indian products, 100% cheaper than most of the local Indian brokers. My question is : is this true ? I found it is ture in many other countries, such as Japan or Taiwan or Hong Kong , I want to confirm if IB is also offering competitive commisions in India.

It is not cheapest one. RKGlobal, 5 paise ,reliance money are cheaper.
