Sharekhan ambiguity

Hi friends,

I am facing this strange problem in sharekhan. Whenever I have bought some scrips, I have clearly specified it as BSE in the drop-down box. Bu when I see the Report page after 2 days, they will be listed as in NSE. The digital contract that I get also bears a BSE serial no.

I got in touch with the customer care regarding this but found them to be too lethargic regarding customers' problems. I thought of going to the consumer forum regarding this but found the process to be too tedious. I am thinking of closing down my account at sharekhan and open another in india infoline.

Please suggest.

Assume yourself that customer care dont exist with sharekhan. Service is very very very poor at sharekhan.

sharekhan service is good enough...
