Need feedback on brokers

Hello all,

I realize that there are quite a few threads here that cover this topic, but all the polls I see only have one option per broker, meaning, for instance the options could be 1)Sharekhan, 2)ICICI, 3)5 Paisa etc. With such a poll, a user satisfied with a certain broker selects that broker, and the poll results show the total number of users satisfied with each broker. However, I feel that it's more important to know, for each broker, what percentage of those that have used it are satisfied. Therefore, I'm presenting in this poll, two options associated with each broker, for instance 1)Sharekhan-Satisfied, 2)Sharekhan- Not Satisfied, 3)ICICI-Satisfied, 4) ICICI- Not Satisfied etc.

In addition to providing your feedback through the poll, please tell me of your experience with your broker (current/past) in regard to:
1) Platform reliability (i.e. downtime etc)
2) Order execution speed
3) Customer service (phone)
4) Anything else you believe it's important to consider
Please also let me know whether you're a day trader, swing trader, or investor.
