I am sharing my experiance about Reliance money Reliance money is offering very reasonable brokarge but their web based trading platform instatrade is not working properly. Most of the the rates are not appearing and if appeared are not refreshing. It hangs frequenttly.also after some time it gets disconnected . I am also having A/c with other brokers and their trading platforms are similar and working properly due to save brokarage I trade on reliancemony I am complaing about this for last two months but there is no improvement nor anybody from technical team contacted me so while considring selection of broker I request to keep these facts in mind Considering the poorest service I came to conclusion that I will pay some more brokarage but to keep peace of mind not to trade with reliancemoney though it is cheap. Thanks for sharing this info. As, I have also shortlisted Reliance Money due to their brokerage structure. Now, I have to think.

I agree. I use reliance money fast trade as instatrade is not reliable with reliance. Brokerage rates are attractive but the platform is very poor. Orders cannot be placed properly, maynot be executed properly etc etc.
I use sharekhan along with reliancemoney to get realtime quotes and trade using reliancemoney. It takes lots of effort, but saves money |

Hi
Thanks to everybody , i am also looking for broker for medium to long term investment. I am not a day/FNO trader, but medium to long term trader. So, i prefered HDFC, if anybody has opinion about HDFC suggest me. Reliance Money, india info , bulls ( more in the list like artha, ) are pure broking houses (ie., their main buz is share market), so, they are eager to more demat customers but are not unable to manage the existing customers. The broking house server performance, customer service employees and relations managers count should be increased as per number of demat customers increasing, but most of the companies lacking in improving the application/server and relations managers maintenance. So, i prefered HDFC instead of pure broking houses but the problem is i dont what are the charges? are they selling/buying in our demat without permission? Generally these are problems with pure broking houses. These are my understanding if any corrections/suggestions plz share. Santhakumar S Last edited by MYBESTFUTURE; 27th May 2009 at 07:15 AM. |
