Default Choose your Broker

Hi everybody. I have searched a lot in this forum about the brokers and this was really headache as there are lot of threads and all scattered therefore having difficult to choose a broker. And there is no information available for lot of brokers like canmoney arthmoney navia. In this thread I will try to list almost all the broking firms and thier brokerage along with features & thier trading platform and important user reviews from various sites. this is very long and tedious process therefore I need your help too to complete this process. I will update this thread whenever I can so plz be patient
Thanks.

At first I will start listing name of all broking firms then their brokerage(if available) and so on. you can also post information about broking firms and I will copy & paste it into the main post of that broking firm.It become easy for us compare various broking firms and choose accordingly and that too in one single thread.
Please post any advice, suggestion, comment or anything.

Here we go
1.16anna
2.5paisa (india infoline )
3.Angle Broking
4.Arthmoney
5.canmoney
6.Geojit

After I will start posting about brokerage charges and all that

There are number of other broking firms which I have not list becuase they are not necessary and also list will become too large.

For Justtrade (Bajaj) charges are .03 on both legs intraday and .30 on both legs for delivery + rs.23 delivery charge!

Service bad.

If everyone post about the brokerages then it will be useful to everyone. Me too searched for a long time but not able to find many.

Thanks sunny, for the good initiative.

I feel that:

1) Popular brokers be picked up first as lot of information is already available in this site and a few other places and the same may be compiled and presented.

2) Other brokers may be added later.

3) The data finally be able to be presented in a tabular form for easy comparison of brokers against different parameters.

4) The tabulation may just give information allowing users to compare for themselves and decide what is best for them rather than just giving ranks/stars.

5) Qualitative comparison can be made only by one who has experienced all/many brokers for a sufficient length of time.

Hope you agree.

All the best.
