Question Rk global---queries..?

Dear Boarders I am Contemplating opening account with RK Global....I presently trade with ICICI & thats way to costly... But ICICI provides integrated 3-1 account where I dont have tranfer funds to my broker everyday & request for withdrawals when I need fund..... my Query is:

1) Does RK Global provides same kind of service like instant online fund transfer & withdrawals with some Bank???

2) If I buy in futures the margins are usualy blocked at ICICI & the fund lies in my savings account ...only MTM profits/Losses are credited or debited...is it same with RK Global too....???

3) Finally the brokerage & the quality of service provided by RK Global as compared to ICICI, I have heard that they provide ODIN diet as well as web channel too, is ODIN better & reliable then ICICI web channel????

Thanx

1) Not instant. Transfer to trading account is instant as they use HDFC bank payment gateway. Transfer from trading account to bank account takes around 2 working days.

2) No, such blocking facility is provided only by bank based brokers. In RKG you have to transfer funds to your trading account with the broker. So funds lie with him and it is interest free (for him that is)

3) Yes ODIN is much better than ICICI web channel. I last used ICICI a year ago. So unless there is some path breaking improvement in ICICI service since then, ODIN is better.

I have a question. If i apply for online trading through R.K global then how much i have to deposit and how much their registration and other charges?
I have an information that they are giving a scheme of 999/-.which they are taking as the brokerage of whole month. But statutory levies (e.g. STT & Stamp Duty etc) are extra. But according to NSE service tax is 12% of brokerage amount in every trade. So is this 12% is going to calculate on 999/-???

someone please clear my confusion...

thanks in advance...

RK is not one of the best around. Took more than 3 weeks to open a brokerage account. Everyday was told some s*** like audit is going on, person is not there, account is ready needs to be activated, account info not come from depository. In short bad experience. The feeds are shoddy. There is no doubt it is fast but the feed disappears for a few minutes several times a day. So all technical indicators on the charts are wrong. Also, the loss of feed is not reflected in the chart. So you will never know the difference. Guess you get what you pay for. Has anyone tried halfpaisa.com.

Sorry for the delayed reply. Yes, I trade using ODIN. However today I have applied for a PIB account which I will use only for charting.

So you trade with RKG and check charts on PIB? RKG's Rs.9/lot does it have monthly or yearly charges?
