Default 5Paisa - Charting issue for last 2 days


I am experiencing an issue with the 5 paisa TT Advance. I want to know if any of the forum members are experiencing similar issue for the last 2 days.

Whenever I double-click on any scrip to open the chart, it is showing the chart from the moment it is clicked. Not from 9:55 am when the market starts. This issue is occuring for last 2 days.

Also, it does not download Scripmaster, showing an error and followed by another error "Error in downloading mastre file from server".

All other function like Order Book, Trade Book are not refreshing. This is occurring in the TTAdvance. Not on the web-based TT terminal.

I have tried contacting their technical support for the last 2 days through chat, after some troubleshooting, they told me they will call me. Neither I have received a call nor issue is resolved.

Please let me know, if anyone else is experiencing similar issues. Or if anyone has resolved the issue.

Also, if anyone can suggest me a good broker,with standard brokerage for intraday trading as well as having a Good RELIABLE software.

Dear Mavric
The software may be currupt.
Uninstall the software, Download again from 5 paisa and install again.
Contact your RM if this does not help.

Dear Mavric,

I totally agree with Manoj.... and one more thing to consider is your net speed.... check ur net speed if it is same as earlier re-installing will solve the problem. If you are using wireless connection then this issue may continue because the connectivity in wireless is not constant so u should switch to connection which is based on landline.

Thanks for your reply. I have resolved the issue.... it was combination of corrupt software as well as the Account related settings from 5paisa....
