question about reliance money

i would like to know about reliance money- their brokerage, speed & userfriendliness of their trading platform and their other services like online charting and tips for trading.pls help:

Its better to keep distance from reliance money. They have many hidden charges which they don't tell while opening account. Earlier I used to have an account with them but now I have closed. The cust care is also not good.
