ICICI Direct

I want to open a Trading account with ICICIDIRECT.COM I am having a Gold Account with ICICI bank.
Do they offer any special discounts?
I found they charge demat charges of Rs 300/- yearly No account opening charges (750 waived off)

Second option is they provide Zero Balance account. Pls guide the procedure to get these facilities.

Now these days ICICI Direct accounts are available in only selected ciites where ICICIDIRECT offices are oprational.
For People with No Address proof of these ciites no option is available.

ICICI Direct sucks.. Today the website was not available for the whole day. To reach call N Trade takes 10 minutes to place an order..
Moreover they do automatic square off (without even giving a chance)..Whereas brokers like Kotak will give you sometime to put in addnl margins...

Pls dont go with ICICIDirect
