Anyone having issues with eZ-Trade (SBI and Motilal Oswal)?

Hi all,

I have a brokerage account with Motilal Oswal through SBI (State Bank) which is called eZ-Trade. I have be been facing issues constantly with their service. sometimes the shares are not transferred during delivery, sometimes cash not trasferred to the ledger, terminal not working...etc etc.

Recently they have been warning for double orders due to some technial glich again. I am wondering if the issue is just for SBI customers with Motilal Oswal or others as well.

Is there anyone who is not using SBI account with Motilal Oswal who is facing a problem with trading in the past 2 weeks?

today I tried to login to my account with sbi eztrade to transfer somemoney. I got a message saying 'We are currently running our daily auto system updation process for a better trading experience'....without any prior notice they are doing these kinda of things....I would suggest people who wants to open new account to go with either HDFC or ICICI or atleast MOSL(they are the partners with sbi)..

EZtrade doesn't have a customercare number too.

They do have a customer care number. Check your mail they should be sending you a email with contact details every other week. But I would also suggest going with some other broker. SBI charges too much like ICICI.
