yah buddy, I have decided 2 go for Angel........one of the prime reasons for opting Angel is that the execution speed of placed orders is very swift with these guys (well I asked a couple of guys who hv already been trading wid them..their replies were satisfactory....) I just dont know abt their charges as of now cause i m yet 2 open an A/c wid them.......I'll let u know their behavior once all the things get going....:lol: Coz one thing is sure.....is broking ke market mein almost sab chor log hi baithe hai....yeh apne upar depend karta hai ki hum inse kitna bach paate hai....

canmoney web terminal:

1.It works only with IE , you can view(not a btter option) in firefox by clicking "view in IE tab"
2.it looks bit old fashined.

1.market watch is good
2.order execution is ok may be better
3.Not seen any problems like stuck, not refreshing. nothing everything seems to be fine.
4.many reports are generated can view in back office date wise but letters are very small and not clear (3 looks like 8)
5.customer care seems to be responsive

compare to ICICI, this is far better. but icici has very good research data but who cares it is available for free in icici without login.

7heights; you rite all are thief but if we want to trade we cannot escape, good thing is we have choice we can choose our own thief hehe
Btw where are you located, I am in bangalore and I have read angel service is not good in bangalore

U could have tried Geojit or Ventura....both are good

I have used Geojit Platinum platform which was very good and easy to use. They charge around 4000 per Hly or Qly which is adjusted against brokerage. Brok of 0.3 for Del and .03 for intra...F&O at 75per lot

Ventura iam using now. Their software is also very good and easy to use. Brok here is a bit less which is 0.3 for Del and 0.03 for intra cash and F&O charged on sell side only...effectively 0.015 for intraday

dont understand why u took canmoney when there are not many reviews available on it. Hope ur objective is to trade and not to test broker terminals abt its effectiveness etc

I did not knew anything like ventura at that time.

hello sunny, after using can money for almost 1 month, what is ur opinion about it? i am planing to open an acount, is it worth it? pls let us know

After using for a month I feel its not bad and definitely worth it because account opening is free till 30th June 2009. Canmoney is good enough well for both day traders and positional traders.
Till now did not face any issue. You can surely open with canmoney and see if its suits you, no harm in that. Even myself deposited only 10k for trading to observe the performance.

I have opted for silver brokerage. There fore my brokerages are .03% and .25%

If You need charting facility than you go for other brokerage house or else canmoney can give software if you generate 2000/- Rs. Brokerage


And dont forget to refer me when opening account with canmoney I will be credited 100/- Rs.

surely will refer, send me the details, and yes i do not have any acount in canara bank, do i need to find a reference to open an account first? finding a reference to open an acount is a uphill task!!.........

Can you pls update your comment for both canmoney & angel? I want to open an account. Which one is good? also comment if want to open all the 3 accounts.

Also Pls mention the total time they take from the day you fill form and the day u can start trading?

My comments are latest whatever I have written so far.
Angle is better than canmoney as they provide odin and tradeanywhere both without extra fees and brokerage commitment.

But if you are new bee than 3 in 1 account is better in canmoney

It takes 2 weeks to open account as they say. In my case it took around 3 weeks.
