trade tiger of share khan.

Hi, I am a technical analyst. I tried trade terminals of IIFL, Sk, ICICI.. I felt Sharekhan, the best charting tool. But it is delayed some times.

They have fixed most of the bugs in the recent release. For charting I use Sharekhan terminal

After recent updation of s/w Trade Tiger, I face a new problem every time. After log-in, the rates appear after over 5 minutes. This apart, when 'Net position' window is clicked, the PC gets hanged up. I hv to exit the application and re-start every time. I stopped used 'Net option/order' window in Trade Tiger and use only website. This is not as convenient as Trade Tiger. My internet connection is fast and there can not be any problem. In fact, I recently started using 1MB speed instead of 512KB. I took up the issue with SSKI but they blame the internet. Even though, earlier also one or other problem was there when I was using 512KB, now the problem only enhanced. I just wish to know from others, whether they too face similar problem

I am also facing this problem in TTadv of IIFL...this application hangs when i need it most ...like I want to sell @ say 85 ..hangs and after restart price goes to say 82..RAM is 1 GB in my win7 system..may be I have to increase it to 2-3 GB..that may be solution ?..my broadband speed is 2 mpbs so no prob on that account..

I heard that, that was a brokers/operators game

The treatment of MTM in Sharekhan is not at all good.(Dynamic Report).
We have MTMs of closed positions + open positions.
Once a position is closed bookedMTM should not be touched at all
and new MTM should be based on OPEN positions.

Same with me. TTAdv shows order sending to IIFL then hangs, after some time, if order book refreshed, the old order is still there. Most of the times when it is most needed, it requires restarting application. I had stopped trading in TTAdv from few days. But still I feel it was toooooo late.

exactly same problem....I had lost quite a good opportunities & money , due to this...everyday i have to restart it 4 to 5 times..because it hangs, when u need it urgently.....

Main drawback of trade tiger suppose you are trading in 5 MIN..Time frame the macd signals rsi..adx appear much later..where as in other software like amibroker etc they do appear from the very begining..i dont understand why sharekhan people neglecting this..Bijoy

I pretty new to the trading environment. So, please forgive the silly questions I am asking. 1. How do we draw a Trend line in Trade Tiger?
2. If I want to look at the performance of a stock, say ITC for just the last 30 days, how do I do that? When I select Monthly, it gives me Month-on-month from the beginning. Similarly, if I select Daily, it gives me EOD from time immemorial! Basically, what I am asking is, can we select a certain date range of graph?
