Geojit cheating clients Can someone help me put this complaint in right deirection

This is the e-mail that I sent.

What kind of ******* technology are you people using? Does a technical snag remain for two days? I have been facing this problem right from the start.

Problem:

I dont get live price in the market watch screen. When I place the order it will take atleast 60-80 seconds to confirm. In the mean time the stock price goes completely out of range. Had all my order were confirmed immeadiately I would have been in profits.

I want all my lose that I incurred on 7th & 9th to be reversed and close this account.

I had given order to buy satyam for 89(I got the order for 69) and I dont have clue where the price is moving just because of your technical problems. I alsao use religare I can send you the screen shots of both religare and geojit at particular point of time. If there is a problem that goes for more than 5-6 minutes. please shut down your online system. And your executives clearly says that there is a problem and we are trying to rectify it. Now, if you have a technical problem tell me, who is accountable for my loss. & today12/01/09 I spoke to your supervisor and he said that there was no problem with online trading software on 7th & 9th. now, if i dont get a response after 5-6 days. You people will say that "it was your badluck that you lostmoney as ther was no technical problems on 7th. Sooner orlater this issue will die.

What a customer care and technical aspecs are you people using, that is of no use to customers, Hates off to you people you people have developed very good technique.

When I place a order selecting the market option, i get it as per geojit. I see the price movement in the religare it shows something else and suddenly I get the order from geojit at some idiot price that does not exist. I`m watching this on religare. Is the problem with religare or geojit.

Also provide me with the other options should I provide the data to the sebi & other authorities. And also provide me with the legal options.

I have lost nearly 50000/- Who is accountable for this loss if you have a technical problem on you side. When I say the same thing to your customer care people they say that you have an other option to place buy or sell call through phone. When I try this with my broker they say that as youhave registered for the online trading, we ay not be able to take your request. Even If I go through the phone I have to wait for nearly 3-5 minutes. In the mean time i may not be able to get the price that i wished for. you have problem with everything you do and make retail investors suffer for what you have done.

Even, you have problem with backend customer care for a particular perios it shows a loos of 5000 in one stock, when i see the consolidated profit and loos it states 700 loss. Geojit is a crap of ****. Whenever I call you people you give me all stupid reasons, which will not work in this business.

My sincere suggestion to you people, please do not cheat the customers who put money from getting all the sources. If we trade with geojit we will lose it all.

I`m also planing to give a public statement, not to go with geojit.

I want my lost money till date in my account. I need reply ASAP.

This is the problem, on any given day the market watch screen suddenly looks like this, I do not have an option to see the indices(BSE,NSE) Its always says disconnect & I have to look for other resources such as religare, rediff, moneycontrol, If I click on order it will take 50 seconds for the order screen to come up, and 50 seconds for confirm to screen to come up. In the mean time if I unfortunately selected the price condition as market i`m in terrible loss, if it all I select limit I wont get the order as the script price changes. that will reduce my profits and increase my loss. Jan 7th, when satyam comp was fallingfree I missed lots of orders. Had it been no technical problem I would have been in 50000 profits. that is about g1 screenshot. At the same time there was no problem with religare online trading. I use geojit because money can be easily transfered to my tading account and to my savings account(viceversa)

You can decided which way the market turns, by seeing the initial movement. But when i start your ******* online trading system, this is what happens"Connecting to streaming data server & after a minute or two failed to open transaction data channel. So I`m in total loss and aftert the trading software starts, it will for 30-40 minutes and the routine senario of screenshot g1.jpeg continues.

If I choose price condition as a market god only knows what`s the price is? If select the option limit. I should get the price that i set. But look at the screen shot and tell me what does it mean. It happens in most cases. Is this a technical problem or geojit`s nack of fooling customers and making profits.

In most of the times where there is a technical snag in geojit software this is the case. We place the order and it goes to open que. this never happens with religare. This is secial feature of using geojit and lossing money and geojit making profits. And I cant cancel the order also. At the end I get the order for **** price.

This is what happens when I try to order something,after waiting for nearly 90 seconds, in the meantime the price will move down or up.



Please valuate and give me the reply , I want my money back. please advice me whether I can send this email to sebi and othe regulatory authrities for a quick resolution. Also provide help in exploring legal options. The mental trama that i went through using geojit was of very high magnitude.

Please suggest me where to complaint this.

u might be using the basic silver platform which is web basedand does not have fixed monthly charges.other two platforms that is gold and platinum[which is exactly like a brokers terminal] is quite ok.but frequent disconnections and failed orders are common in these two.
coming back to your refund of lost money sebi is helpless as we sign in the agreement paper[which they provide during account opening]clearly states that whatever loss incurred during trading irrespective of any circumstances[such as in your case]has to be brunt by the customer itself.

what i sujest you is forget the past.close account with geojit and open new odin diet account with leading brokers like religare kotak or arcadia shares.it is excellent very fast order execution.even if u have dont have cash on the day of purchase u can call up the branch office and tell your cheque details the wil put you the required exposure
