Hi,
Can someone tell me how to read margin report from Religare. I know that there are several Religare customers on Traderji and am hoping that they have figured it out. Essentially, how do I figure out how much margin I have for tomorrow, and how do they compute it.
Here are some of the fields in the report, and my take on what they mean.
Finance Dr-Cr: Latest balance on the financial ledger, that includes notional gains on open positions
Stock Position: Net valuation of stock holdings in DMAT
Hcut: some factor they multiply non-cash components
Bill Margin: margin requirement on current open positions
F&O Notional: Today's notional gain or loss
Net Margin Sum of Finance Dr-Cr, today's notional, and Stock Position. Again there is a haircut version which seems to be 75% of the NHcut version
F&O Exposure Valuation of open positions in F&O
Gross Exposure and G E Bhcut - What is this?
% of Margin Net Margin divided by gross exposure
Bottomline - how much is my available margin for tomorrows trading session?
Appreciate your help very much. Thanks,
