Sharekhan Brokerage

Can anyone throw some light on Sharekhan Brokerage calculations...

txs yaar for sharin this... really they have been charging 0.5% plus St + STT... which is really high.....

I asked the local branch to explain calculations of brokerage and taxes. They could not. Wrote to Sharekhan's HO. They just sent a statement. Repeated queries on this elicited no reply. They do not seem to care a damn once you are a client. The local office chief is very arrogant fellow, talks as if he is giving all the money to you.

where is the calculation ?

trust me they are all the same,but for some reason i never had a bad experience with them compared to the hard times religare/motilal/indiabulls have given me.

Some one wrote a fewdays back how they got cheated by sharekhan ppl. Overall u r very lucky indeed. I will not advice any one to go to sharekhan crooks who call you phone to advice on which stocks to buy. I believed them and bought in Feb and am holding them even now while their value has gone down to 40%to 30% of original. They promised doubling in value in 3-4 months.
