Hi Team SK ,

For the 6th time in 2 months , afterhours orders failed to get converted to pending status in time . This is extremely poor service .

Last time somebody from Sharekahn did call me on this but without any concrete solution and preventive actions .

In order to avoid opportunity miss , I wish to cancel the afterhour order during open market hours and enter new quote at prevailing rate. That too (cancelling afterhours order during open market) is not allowed . Result is total chaos , confusion and possible losses during such failures . The reason given by your team for not allowing to cancel the same does not appear to be proper in line with capabilities of software programming.


While I am dealing with Sharekhan and my local branch manager , u can shed your thoughts /actions / remdies for losses etc . If u give me a call on this , do specify about the same.

Hi,

I have already done so umpteen times . This is the 6th time it has happened in 2 months . There has been no permanent resolution of the same.

Further I have 80+ order instructions uploaded in the morning and if there is expectation to call your CSC for handling this one by one , this is not possible. It is time consuming exercise and many of the opportunities which are available only during the morning half hour are totally lost resulting in losses and confusions.

Are individuals allowed to trade in premarket?
