For the 6th time in 2 months , afterhours orders failed to get converted to pending status in time . This is extremely poor service .
Last time somebody from Sharekahn did call me on this but without any concrete solution and preventive actions .
In order to avoid opportunity miss , I wish to cancel the afterhour order during open market hours and enter new quote at prevailing rate. That too (cancelling afterhours order during open market) is not allowed . Result is total chaos , confusion and possible losses during such failures . The reason given by your team for not allowing to cancel the same does not appear to be proper in line with capabilities of software programming.
While I am dealing with Sharekhan and my local branch manager , u can shed your thoughts /actions / remdies for losses etc . If u give me a call on this , do specify about the same.
