I want to open account in UTI securities

Please tell your experiences & his both side

i have seen enough hell from hyderabad office people,..they don't pay in time ,they keep saying your shares are in pool...poor customer service...and they don't have online trading facility.

in a way i should thank them for creating hell, which lead to different brokerage firm....now everything is going fine.
