Transfer shares from Demat Accnt A to Demat Accnt B : Please help

Hello Sir,

I wish to transfer some shares from Demat Accnt A to Demat Accnt B (HDFC Securities). Is there any charges levied for this transfer ?
Also please tell me how many days will it take for this process to get completed ?
