What are the pros and cons of subbroking??

Dear members,

I am considering for taking a sub-brokership. As usual the broker houses wherever I contacted, are showing all rosy pictures on the business. But like all business there must be other side of the subbroking too. I request for the guidance/suggestions/opinion of the members in this regard.

Please enlighten me on this issue so that appropriate safe measures can be taken.
