Account Opening issues with RK Global

Hi,
I just want to share my bad experience with those who are considering opening an account with RK Global. I had sent my applicaiton about a month back but my account is not opened yet. I had called them several times and they told me that some audit is going on with their firm and it will take 1-2 days to finish. Every time I call them, I get the same answer. It has been more than 2 weeks now but my account is still not open.

Now I have decided not to open my account with them. One can expect a poor experience with a firm who is not giving correct/honest answers to its prospective customers.

I would really advice anybody who is planning to open a new account to stay away with such firm.

Then you must stay away from every firm!!!

The CRISIL rated broking firm took it 37 days to open a simple trading account and took 6 more days to get its software activated for me!!!

Exceptions are there, but patience pays!!!

well. Its not the question of patience. If the delay is because they have to follow certain process, thats acceptable. But they need to communicate clearly. You cannot keep saying that the account will be opened within 2 days and it never doees.

It is O.K...........be patient............their charges are very low then any other brokers and they provide diet odin also .Their software system is good..............some pain but more gains.........
