RK global is best in terms of trading in F&O segment since the brokerage is an average of 22rs/lot on both sides. But while trading in equity reliance money is the best becoz limit card charges for 1 year is rs 5000 where in you will get a delivery limit of 70 lakhs and intraday margin limit up to 6.3 crores.

Over all RKG is one of the best brokers to deal with. The ODIN used to hang sometime last year but this problem was solved in due course of time. They have a monthly pre-paid unlimited plan for equity where you can pay Rs. 999 to trade unlimited in intraday as well as delivery. Odin charge is 330 bucks per segment but charge gets diminished with the increase in segments. Everything is written in black and white in their website and the illustrations given by them is followed to the T. Their help desk is also O.K. BTW, I am not an employee of RKG but a satisfied customer for the last couple of years. Send them an e-mail and you will get the necessary answers. :thumb:

Don't go to Reliance money. They are the worst of the lot. I and many of my friends have very very... very bad memory of dealing with these scoundrels. Charges will be increased overnight. Many hidden charges will be taken. Their software(s) are trash... and all the worst qualities to be a broker :annoyed:

One can even think of Zerodha which gives good leverage intraday which is missing with RKG. But for the single lot nifty futures traders, 1 round trip of nifty costs less than 100 bucks with RKG but more than 165 bucks with Zerodha. BTW, I have account with Zerodha as well. Send them an e-mail and you will get the necessary answers. :thumb:

I sent messages to RKG and got immediate response by email. However they did not send me the form. I waited for one day more than the time they sought and sent message to Zerodha and reminder to RKG. I am yet to get the form but by now I have traded with Zerodha for nearly three weeks. I am still willing to sign the application and have two brokers like you. Let me try one last time by sending another email.

Go to the website of RKG and download the necessary forms from the download section. Take the print outs and send them the duly filled forms. Don't fill up all the details or you may even call them to get the necessary help during filling up the form. Hope this may help. :)

RKG is good cost wise.

But, to get things done quickly [technical problem, Back office issues etc] you need to have sub-broker who knows/has all the important numbers in RK.

No doubt, they have an edge as cost is concerned, but their call center is not at par with other brokers.

It is good to have someone who can use his mobile, make a few calls and gets things done....rather than you being put on hold, explaining the same things over and over again to a couple of guys....

I am trading with RK Global from last 2 yrs and i would say its pretty good. Actually its damn good compared to the huge brokerage i was paying with icicidirect. Even now I am paying huge brokerage, but thats because of huge volume. I am digressing.

Points to consider

Extremely competitive brokerage. If anyone is paying less plz share I wouldn't mind paying less.
ODIN works perfectly. I have 3 segments, F&O, MCX, MCX-SX. Can operate on all 3 at the same time. Margin is fungible across the three. Speed is instant if your internet connection is fast. And till date, I have rarely faced issues with margins or brokerage or wrong trades or other backend issues.
When i'm not in front of my screen and need to execute trades I just call and get them executed. Actually, I wonder why this broker has not become the largest in india. When i signed up 2 yrs back, ODIN was slightly slow. But now even that issue is not there.

Anyways, hope you found it useful.

Cheers
